Waiting for key

Allowed to go home. Not just leave. Waiting for the key. Only person effected by change of locks was me. Packed up my things. Not leaving anything behind.

    Home, where I have a lease for a month. Where, I hope, my un looted personal possessions are, un molested. I hope. Wait and see. Locks were changed. Landlord has key to new locks. Waiting for my key to be delivered here.

      Just as I'm waiting for the key to go home .I go to have lunch, some young man in army clothes, who I have never seen before, starts threatening me. So I avoid trouble and walk away. Last thing I need, right at this time. When I'm waiting for the key to go home.

Sudan 1816-18 - Cotton factories in the Khurunfish quarter of Cairo Egypt. 1,000 to 2,000 of the so called 'workers' were slaves from Sudan, run by the army. Exploited.
